Add volume backup retention #2258

What problem will this feature address?
Currently the volume backup feature doesn't have a retention option, so unlimited volume backups can exist, which could drive costs extremely high.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a retention policy to Volume backups.
Example:
- n Yearly
- n Monthly
- n Daily
- n Hourly
- n Last
This is the same how Proxmox handles it's backups:

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative would be to run an own backup container, which I would like to avoid, due to extra maintenance and also worse visibility, since those backups wouldn't be shown in the Dokploy ui.
