[Deployments] Show queued deployments #2242

What problem will this feature address?
Example use-case:
I have two applications A1 and A2.
I click Deploy on A1. It starts immediately and is visible, we can check live logs.
I click Deploy on A2 just a few seconds later.
Issue: There is a a Cancel Queues button provided, but I don't even know if there is any deployment in the queue for the given application.
Describe the solution you'd like
Since dokploy doesn't support concurrent deployments across different applications, we should show queued deployments.
