Zero decimals setting on currency is ignored

This plugin ignores it if the the currency is sett to zero decimals (Decimal Places: 0), and it will give the store a mismatch between the reports (OpenCart/Accounting) and the payouts.

Possible solutions:

1. Update the documentation, adding decimals as a requirement (not recommended).
2. Update the plugin to handle decimal settings (recommended).
