Drop support for Arrow results #2520
Description
#2497 added support for NetCDF. Having both tabular and N dimensional array formats is not great for the simplicity of this codebase.
See #2497 (comment) for the reasoning.
#2519 would need to be done first before doing this, and possibly #2518.
If we do this we should also make sure allocation_flow results are added.
