Unable to Load IMC data (ome.tiff format) properly. Image data appears 0 only... #409
Description
I am trying to load the data and perform cell segmentation using mesmer following the multiplex_if.ipynb. However, as I load the data I dont get any error but channels are all 0 values only... Could you give a quick info on how to load an IMC data in ome.tiff bioformat?
