Implement Tile Stitching Feature in Image Preprocessing

It would be beneficial to include a feature that allows tile stitching in our preprocessing pipeline. This functionality would enable the merger of multiple smaller TIFF images ("tiles") into a single large, pyramidal OME-TIFF.

Solution:
Porting the existing QuPath groovy script to python.
