This is an initial release of versions of the models compatible with NetLogo 7.0.0. These versions of the models won't work in earlier versions of NetLogo - for earlier versions download an earlier release. Models were written on MacOS Apple Silicon, and have not been tested on any other version of NetLogo.

The SimpleR extension is used, and some models require installation of the R spatstat and/or matlab packages.

Maintenance update for compatibility with 6.4. Also updated the R versions to use the Simple R extension. Almost no changes required in the code, although some tidy ups have been carried out here and there.

This release contains versions of the models compatible with Netlogo 6.2.x. Many of the models require the r and/or palette extensions, and where R is used, you will need some specific packages (spatstat and matlab, and also those packages required to make the R extension work, such as rJava).

A release of all models compatible with NetLogo 6.0.x. Note that some models still require more work on comments and Info tabs.

Also, the models in the misc and as-released folders will not run in 6.0.x.

NetLogo 6 is different enough to 5.x that models are not guaranteed to work. This release is a final release of all models compatible with 5.x.
