… regions from the patches that are sampled from the already provided wsa. For example, you can add a wsa_mask with {"rois":1} label mapping to only write the labels of the wsa INSIDE the "rois" annotations, removing all regions from annotations that exeed the ROIs. Also added option to overwrite output if it already existed.
