Adds a
genesisPathoption andjswitch to cli that takes in a path to agenesis.json.Relevant Files

blockchain.tschain-options.tsTo use
npm run start -- -j ./genesis.jsonCallouts
Using
process.cwd()so running the above command in the top-level repo this will resolve topackages/ganacheTodo
