Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Add two blocks to a page
2. For one block, under Visibility Conditions, choose Hide on mobile
3. For the second block, under Visibility Conditions, choose Hide on tablet and Hide on Desktop
   => For 767px and 768px screens, none of the blocks is visible
