This PR exists strictly for planning/feedback - each extension, once ready, should be submitted as a separate PR to KhronosGroup. It provides rough outlines of the remaining glTF extensions that haven't already been submitted to KhronosGroup. Most are defined as
BENTLEYextensions; I expect a lot of bikeshedding on how and to what extent to generalize them, so I started with Bentley's minimum requirements as a baseline.
