Win 10更新后无法使用

如题，vs开调试抛出的异常如下·

此异常最初是在此调用堆栈中引发的:
System.Net.HttpListener.HttpListener()
V2RayW.MainWindow.MainWindow() (位于 MainWindow.xaml.cs 中)

内部异常 1:
TypeInitializationException: “V2RayW.MainWindow”的类型初始值设定项引发异常。

内部异常 2:
PlatformNotSupportedException: 此平台上不支持操作。

我这里用起来是正常的，3台不同配置的win10电脑，msdn版本，最新更新。
