Updated gradle to v8.0 and android sdk to v34

I'm not sure how well this works on all androids, however using MediaStore.ACTION_REVIEW instead of Intent.ACTION_VIEW @ https://github.com/kslcsdalsadg/GPhotosShim/blob/android-14/app/src/main/java/com/google/android/apps/photos/MainActivity.kt#L68 works a lot better as it allows editing/scrolling of images.

I also couldn't get this to work without doing

adb shell pm grant com.google.android.apps.photos android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE - seems I wasn't being prompted for permissions :/
