Caps-lock indicator

I know KDE has built-in caps lock indicator but in CachyOS' live iso, it doesn't work and calamares doesn't warn about caps lock either.

I double checked caps lock status before entering password but somehow it still entered with caps lock on.

I fixed this via settings but a bug is a bug.
