Where is CSSLint 1.0.5?

Many documents refer to CSSLint 1.0.5 e.g. csslint - npm but releases here are up to 1.0.3.

I noticed 1.0.5 tag. Is that going to become official release?

Only certain people have access to create releases if I remember correctly, so development has halted. I'd say csslint is deprecated.
