West Virginia discontinues county-level reporting; data to be sourced from HHS #6619

Hello all,
In the updates to their dashboard made on February 22, 2023, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources removed cumulative county-level COVID-19 cases and deaths from the state dashboard. Moving forward, we will source the healthdata.gov community profile report dataset for our reporting for West Virginia.
