WHO COVID-19 Dashboard moving to once per week reporting #6607

All,
The WHO COVID-19 dashboard has indicated that they will be moving their reporting frequency to once per week on Wednesdays. We expect this to impact the daily case and death totals in our repository but not the weekly. We currently entirely rely on WHO for ~25 locations and use a composite with additional sourcing (inclusive of WHO) for ~175 locations.
