Create a navigation

We need to create a left hand navigation. You can see an example of how this looks on the TeXt docs site.

I was thinking the navigation would look something like this starting out:

• CNPDX
  • Upcoming meetups
• Kubernetes Community Day
  • News (links to blog posts tagged "community day")
  • Sponsor prospectus
  • CFP
  • Venue info
