The documentation [here](https://github.com/BinomialLLC/basis_universal/wiki/How-to-Use-and-Configure-the-Transcoder) is no longer correct as of v1.16 Specifically, the notes regarding the setup of an etc1 global codebook selector are no longer necessary.
