[Documentation] Fix Table Rendering, Completeness in Credentials Docs #3601
Description
The credentials README and subdocs (certificateless, certificates, client-secrets, token-decryption) use detailed tables. There appears to be truncation in code blocks or markdown table rendering in at least some cases—review all tables for completeness and clarity. Also, check for legacy placeholder or incomplete rows from previous plan drafts, and reconcile with current intended doc structure.
Required Fixes:
- Fix any truncated code/table blocks in markdown
- Update tables for current content model
- Remove legacy stub table rows
