ai-form-recognizer doesn't appear to be getting any of the 2024-11-30 features

Describe the bug
I'm not getting a couple of the new api features. The composed model call is supposed to fail based on the Confidence Threshold, but it's always succeeding. And the tables property of prebuilt-layout is not returning the caption property. I'm having to switch all my code over to the rest api to try and get these features.
