Hi @rhythmize this is being fixed as part of larger set of changes here https://github.com/bugobliterator/ardupilot_vscode_devenv/tree/pr-e2e-testing . This PR will add massive improvements to Tool configuration and management. Which will include the change similar to above. |

It seems like when running SITL the environment variable override is not respected.
