Re-add ability to have a drop-down menu of events during an animation #30
Description
The first version of ptplot allowed the user to select a column with events in it when making an animation, which would then create a dropdown menu with the unique values in that column allowing the user to skip to the corresponding frame. With the move to Bokeh that capability was lost.
