Please update `affinity`, `tolerence` parameter

We deploy ACS on AWS EKS, we  design for many node groups with app corresponding. And node groups always have `taint`, `label`. Helm chart ACS does not have parameter like `affinity` or `tolerence`. All helm chart we were use always have these two parameters. Please update it :((
