Silkscreen Thickness is smaller than KiCad 7 DRC default minimum

The user has experienced spurious warnings from the DRC checker that the silkscreen thickness of the text is too small. This is not a bug per se, however as the default DRC in Kicad 7 requires silkscreen height of at least 0.8mm and thickness of at least 0.08mm - it will cause novice users less confusion if the footprint's silkscreen text is always at least this big. Currently, some of the silkscreen text is 0.5mm / 0.075mm .

This bug is known at affect AT LEAST the Mega2560_R3 footprint; it is likely to affect all footprints but as yet only the Mega2560_R3 has been checked.

Note this bug only affects Kicad 7, as the relevant feature of the DRC tool does not exist in Kicad 6.

The KLC has a recommendation for 1mm height/width and 0.15mm thickness for text. As this will help toward the long-term goal of bringing the library into compliance with the KLC (#91) I will be using these settings in the update.
