Versions are not the latest of these packages, but are a stepping stone to the latest, or at least towards compatible support for higher versions of python. They may all receive additional updates or patches again before all is said and done (due to changes in other things like packaging), but this batch is co-compatible with what currently is in-place.
argcomplete from arbitrary 2014 hash to 3.1.2
pydot from 1.4.1 with a custom patch to a version of 2.0.0 with less-patching-but-still-patched.
pyparsing to 3.1.4 which used to be patched and is currently unpatched.
This precedes an update to memcached workflows.
