ci-openexr 2025 build container is now available #2027

The 2025 version of the ci-openexr build container is now available and could be added to the CI build matrix.

You can specify aswf/ci-openexr:2025.0 to get this specific version, or aswf/ci-openexr:2025 to automatically upgrade to any future releases (keeping VFX Platform 2025 compatibility).
This container includes all dependencies required to build imath (and openexr), but not imath / openexr themselves. This is slightly different than for other projects, where the ci-project container includes all dependencies, whereas this does not include imath. In Slack discussions it was determined that separate ci-imath and ci-openexr containers were not desired, but this could be changed if ever desired.
