This is part of my efforts to implement a whole rust stack to support LLMs that partially implement OpenAI protocol.
I hope the upstream gets merged. Otherwise, you need to use MY fork.
Oh, it currently references a locally cloned git repo. It should be changed if this has the prospect of merging
