An attempt to solve #14507.
For me, this reduces the number of stat calls by about 10 times.
To use this branch, follow wiki page https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui/wiki/How-to-switch-to-different-versions-of-WebUI, but use
mass-file-listerinstead ofrelease_candidate.
