Position the cards after title in How to run pages

Overview

In the "How to run" pages, the cards (Configurations, Release Notes, etc.) are positioned above the main title.
I think the main title should be the first thing to appear on a page (only exceptions can be eventual banners as the Beta release one in this page).
I propose to move all cards after the title.

Solution

Some styles, such as the cards margins or their dimensions could also be adjusted.

Fixing this issue would also fix the bug related to the position of the "terminal icon" that doesn't show up in the first image but is present in the second image.
