Split model configurations and model components in models page

Description

Currently the models page contains both configrations and components.
This makes it harder for users to find components, because they would need to scroll down the page.

Solution

Make the model page a landing page for 2 cards: Model configurations and Model components, that link to the respective pages.

• move run model link button in configurations to top - similar to link in run a model
