Upgrade jupyterlab from 4.3.2 to 4.5.0

This should solve the issue of vanishing cells in notebooks. Although might require an update on the ARE side too...

I can't see where the Jupyter discourse link says that upgrading to v.4.5.0 should help fix the issue - am I missing something impoprtant?
