Not sure if they call breadcrumb-menus as "tiedostopolkuvalikko"? Or even "navigointipolkuvalikko" if you want to keep the generic meaning of the original text meaning as accurate as possible.

Use the entire words or fix up the compound word merging. "Taaksepäin","Eteenpäin", "Taakse-/eteenpäin"

"Aloita" is etymologically closer to 'start', and this is about stopping and resuming playing the video.
Historically "Toista" has been used as the translation for 'play' in videos.

Historically "seek" has been translated as "haku"/"hakeminen" I'll have to consult some gen-A people on this if they also use "kelaa" without them ever using a VHS or C-tapes.

Spot on for (almost) everything on the review (and there's probably even more nits to pick in there). I do thank you immensely for taking the effort to actually read it with some... effort? (I was going to go through it again today to redo some stuff where I kinda changed my mind halfway through on things, such as whether to use "leikkaa valittu x..." or "siirrä valittu x leikepöydälle". It was originally something of a joke (as you might figure out from the first reply in the thread), but might as well spend the slight extra effort to fix the worst offenders now |

It's amazing how productive one can be if you have things you should actually be doing, but you're just taking an extra 20 minutes on the toilet reviewing translations :D |

i have gained an immense amount of respect for translators during this journey. anyway this isn't ready for merging quite yet, but i'll let you know when it is.
to any finn actually using this i imagine this would look absolutely awful (the terminology and all is correct, but nobody speaks like this), but that's fine because it was a joke in the first place and i don't expect anyone to ever enable it for anything but a laugh
