Feature Request: Watch/Listen parties #430

Describe the idea / solution you'd like
Much like how discord has youtube-watch-together, I think it'd be really fun and useful for this to have a watch/listen party feature where users can start a watch party for any file, music track, or music folder where anyone with read access can follow along and anyone with write access to the file can choose when to play, pause, rewind, etc
I don't know how it'd be implemented other than maybe the play/pause command gets pushed out to all party members, and when the video is paused, or moved somewhere else, the timestamp goes along with it to keep everything in sync
It would be much better than any alternatives that exist just now
