Support Undici@v7

Describe the bug

Undici has release version 7 o the underlying library which http-cookie-agent does not yet support in the peer dependencies section of the package.json

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. npm install from a project with undici: 7.x.x

Expected behavior

It would be amazing if you would be willing to test the library with v7 to potentially include support

Since Node.js v18 is still in LTS, we cannot support undici v7 yet.
