Create3 compatibility (feature request)

Add support create3 compatibility (https://github.com/0xSequence/create3/blob/master/contracts/Create3.sol).
CreateX (https://github.com/0age/create2crunch/issues/17) also support create3.

https://github.com/flood-protocol/maldon added CPU support for it.
