Windows: <Terminal Slow to Compile>

Summary

I use Golang but the terminal compiled way too slow my laptop isn't problem cuz i use Ryzen 7 with 16gb ram on VSCODE in only takes 1.76s to Compile

Expected Behavior:
1-2s Compile
Actual Behavior:
5-10s Compile

Is there any way to speed up the compile speed?? i just download the ZED windows and testing the compile speed on terminal via Golang nested loops the speed is slow. Is it needed an configurations?
