Allow ellipse-truncation of directory/file names in the project panel

This might already exist, but I cannot find a toggle for it- I adore the customisability of everything, but there's one UX/UI feature that I'm used to in VSCodium that I believe would make for a nice toggle-able feature, especially in Java-based projects.

There already exists settings for modifying the indentation length in the project panel, but I'm not a big fan of the visual effect that occurs when filenames are still too long to fit, see below:

Instead, adding a toggle-

"project_panel": {
  "auto_truncate": true|false
}

Which would force the filenames to be truncated, appended by an ellipse, would be neat.

Part of the reason why I dislike the current version visually might just be that the panel isn't padded on the right-hand side at all?

As an aside- is it possible for Zed to remember which directories were collapsed between sessions? Or at least, to un-collapse directories on start?
