Have the git panel collapse long path names in the middle

In the git panel long file names appear like so:

www-release/frontend/react/src/app/components/button/button.tsx

This is annoying because the most valuable part of the path (button.tsx) is truncated when the panel is small:

www-release/frontend/react/src/app/compo

Consider having paths truncate in the middle like so:

www-release/frontend/.../button/button.tsx
