Make the lsp's "preferred" code action available to take with a keybinding

I would like to take the lsp's preferred code action via a keybinding without opening the code action modal.

Also, the fact that a preferred code action exists should probably be visually indicated. Additionally, said action should probably be ordered first in the CodeActionMenu, but that is another issue...
