I have access to models via a variety of providers. Some providers are flat fee and rate limited, others are pay-per-token (ish, you know what I mean).

To save $, I prefer to use my flat fee access point whenever it has gas in the tank. When my flat-fee access hits a cooldown period, I switch to the pay as you go (and typically change my workflows somewhat as well, to be more token-conservative).

The issue is that I often forget to switch back, because there is no obvious indicator where my interaction is sourced:

We see Sonnet 4 here, but is it from Zed? Anthropic? Copilot?

It'd be nice to have the provider icon inside this model identifier.
