Add animations in picom.sample.conf

It would be very useful as there are not many config with animations on the web

I would also kindly support updating picom.sample.conf. If the new bracketed syntax is already supported somewhere, this sample file should be updated accordingly.

After a year, I am finally trying to get rid of the warning messages at startup due to having a mix of old and new configurations, and it is quite difficult to do so without a proper reference.

Including animations would also be great. Feel free to leave them commented out, but having the structure visible would be really helpful. Thanks!
