Solution: use glx instead of xrandr as backend. start picom or in ~/.config/picom.conf in General settings section comment xrandr and uncomment glx |

[SOLVED]
With default config shadows are displayed wrong.
They are mostly colored with small transperent fragments.

However when I use greyscale config window borders are normal.
