Background

Resources that are created by a template should have an label/annotation so that we can understand the origin of the resource. That's beneficial for the user and our software.
In future, we might want to explore how we can edit, and delete resources that were created through templates. Those more complex operations along the lifecycle will require that we understand which template created those resources.

Goals

• Label all resources created through a template with the template + version so that the user can identify what create those resources

Lets automatically inject a label into all resources rendered from the template.

As just discussed and agreed we will reduce it for now to just template name +namespace

@davidstauffer this won't label generated resources (e.g. by capi-controllers etc). Was there a use case for that?
