Don't choke on import query parameters?

For example,

import showSaveFilePicker from "./showSaveFilePicker.mjs?helperURL=https%3A%2F%2Fjames-e-a.github.io%2FshowSaveFilePicker_polyfill%2Fhelper.html";

the result is Vite choking, thinking that the question-mark and everything after it were supposed to be included in the actual on-disk directory entry filename:

It sounds like a bug to me. Would you make an issue with a reproduction?

Actually, after a lot of troubleshooting, I realized this error was not exactly coming from the query parameters, but a bug/limitation/edge-case where vite dev would fail when called from any folder which has in its parent path some directory junction or symlink.
