New Inference Update

The HighNoon LLM inference end has received an update that adds a sidebar for chat logs. A local databasing setup to store chats and "line of thoughts" which serve similarly to system prompts and give the model guidance to working. Will be adding more features in. Currently a minor bug in the code, though I'm not certain if it's a bug or due to training still running but it's a synchronous load object error. Most likely the training end. Will revert and fix if it isn't.
