Is it possible to statically define a series and verify with mypy?

Is there no static series equivalent to https://pandera.readthedocs.io/en/stable/mypy_integration.html#mypy-integration?

E.g.

class IntSeries(pa.SeriesModel):
    name = Field(..., coerce=True)

pd.Series([1.0, 2.0, 3.0]).pipe(Series[IntSeries]) # is now a Series[IntSeries] plus coercion if necessary
