[Feature Proposal] text-align-last

This was brought up many years ago when it was first introduced into CSS and rejected citing the lack of browser support for it, however the attribute now has widescale support across the vast majority of browsers (https://caniuse.com/?search=text-align-last), is there still a reason for tailwind to not support it?
