Animation Stripped From Optimized GIFs, Despite Gifscile Support

The only reason many platforms, including mine, support GIF is for its widespread animation support. And Gifscile does support resizing and optimizing already animated GIFs. Yet when I try to optimize a conversion the animation is lost, showing only the first frame.

EDIT: Also, looks like the -i option is used right before the input file here. But -i doesn't mean input file, it means "Turn on interlacing". Not sure if it's intentional since the long form (--interlace) isn't used.
