Hi, sorry, for security reason, we won't implement this for the time being. I totally understand your requirement, it is also very easy for us to implement this. I also understand many users do not care about this, but as vendor, we can not think in this way as you. Actually easy access mode in other solutions, e.g. TeamViewer, has much higher requirement than your expectation. They require each remote user registers (manually) on the controlled side first for password-less access in advance. This might make life easier for personal use case, but it is not for business case. |

Does the default-connect-password work in the web interface, if it does I cannot find a way it make it work. Or could you have 2 different password, one for admin (that would be set with the install file) and one password for the user that wants to connect to his/her machine. So they could set their own password without deleting/changing the master admin password. Just trying to find a way to make something easy for the user. We have added all our group and assigned each devices to users (they have mostly 1 devices some have 2) then I and my colleague are IT admin and have access to all the list of devices. What I really love is the pop asking to grant access to us when connecting to a user machine. But we have people doing telework (working form home) and want to use the the web interface for them getting into their machine (we where using Guacamole in the pass with Windows RDP). All test users are using LDAP to authenticate and works perfectly. Also want to mention the great work for the APPs both working perfectly for both iOS and Android (we use those for our Water Treatment Guys wanting to remote into their special machine to check the flow of the water and Guacamole was really a pain without an official app). But sometime we do need to get into a user machine when they are not at their desk (sometime they open a ticket saying something is not working and they will be out of the office and for us to fix the problem); since they change the password we cannot access the machine on the other hand if we give everyone the same password it kinds of break the security (even if the chances are slim they can find an other device id). Any input from you guys would be appreciated, thanks for the great answer time :) |

We would like it if when a device is given to a user so they could login without having to give out a predefined password for all.
We have just ordered licence for 300 devices + 10 users and would like to add at least 20 more users so they could connect to their device using the web interface.
